Depth Compassion Expertise
I come to psychotherapy with a background in business, arts, and teaching as well as parenting and being a family caretaker. I integrate Internal Family Systems ((IFS), Gottman Therapy, Trauma-informed care, EMDR, and Depth Psychology into client work. My Couples' work is informed by EFT, IFSIO (IFS for Couples), and The Developmental Model. I have led behavioral health groups at Kaiser in Understanding Anxiety, Managing Depression, and Couples Communication, which I incorporate when moments of Psychoeducation are called for to help a client learn and integrate key skills.
